Donate for better care

Despite many advances, medicine still has very few tools to avoid or limit permanent damage following head injury. Your donations contribute to the discovery of new treatments that will further improve survival rates as well as quality of life for survivors. Whether through a new drug, faster and more efficient care by paramedics or better detection of injuries in the emergency room or the intensive care unit, research will improve the quality and effectiveness of care.

From a 30% chance
of survival… to a miracle!

Ms. Claire Garon Robert tells the story of her daughter’s fight against brain trauma, and the journey she experienced. Her testimonial explains the birth of the Marie-Robert NeuroTrauma Foundation.

Traumatic figures

In Quebec, 3,000 people are hospitalized each year due to a head injury. More than 200 do not survive, 100 remain in a vegetative state, and over 400 have permanent damages.
